Greg Nemer Foundation People Living with AIDS

Established in Perth by the family of Greg Nemer, who died from an AIDS-related illness, the Greg Nemer Foundation was active from at least 1989 into the late 1990s. It raised funds and provided support for HIV/AIDS community services and pastoral care, running events such as quiz nights and lunch gatherings that brought together people with HIV, their friends, and allies during a time of significant stigma.
