The quilt is a square shape constructed with two large panels and many small panels of various colours, joined and edged with canvas, bordered with a rainbow strip. The centre panel shows the logo of the Community Support Network Inc. in black on a cream background. The large red, white and black panel in the lower left corner is bordered with red and has the words "Prepared to care" and "CSN Carers" painted several times around the border.
